You know, some people, like I said, with any kind of inflammatory condition might benefit from removing nightshades in particular and eggs to a lesser extent, although certainly for some people they can be problematic, and dairy, which is already—dairy can be included on my Paleo template, as you know, but if they’re following a strict Paleo diet, they’re avoiding it. Then nuts are probably the best tolerated among those foods in people with inflammatory conditions, in my experience, but it really depends on the person, as you know.
