Chris Kresser: Well, to the second question, Graves is an autoimmune disease that causes hyperthyroidism, which is kind of what you’re treating. But then with Graves, from a functional medicine perspective, you’re adding things that focus on regulating the immune system, and that’s, of course, where LDN comes in. With standard, non-Graves hyperthyroidism that’s not autoimmune, LDN wouldn’t necessarily do anything, but it does if it’s autoimmune. That’s maybe one difference. As to how to treat, we’re going to talk more about that when we get to the functional blood chemistry section. That’s probably a better time to talk about it.
