This has been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. The mindfulness and nonviolent communication parts of the course are brilliant. They should be required courses in schools everywhere. There is no part of my life that hasn’t improved because of them but especially my relationships and sense of connectedness to everyone and everything.
My idea of what a health coach does has profoundly changed. I now understand the importance of meeting people where they’re at and helping them see their own strengths and motivation and make their own goals for real change to occur. I have learned the skills I need to change behavior and lives.
