Dr. Amy Nett: As you all know, Chris has an incredible blog and podcast, so most often for patient education we’re really often referring people to the blog, providing links to specific articles that might be helpful in terms of education. We might be sending them links to the podcasts with the information. It’s really not that we’re trying to restrict information to our patients only. When we see something coming up frequently in clinic, we’ll sometimes write an article about that. When we started getting curious about glutamate or, of course, SIBO is always an issue, we might dig into that a little bit more and then write that in an article for the blog to share that both with our patients and anyone who’s really following Chris.
The only sort of information that’s somewhat restricted are really the handouts and the protocols, protocols somewhat for legal reasons just because we need to meet people and work with them directly in order to provide treatment protocols. The patient education that we provide to patients specifically is in the form of handouts, which you’ll be receiving all of the handouts we use, and the treatment protocols, which you’ll also be receiving. Hopefully that answers that.
