Dr. Amy Nett: Yeah, that’s fair. I think this is one of those things where clinical judgment probably came into play, and I think if you look at the protocol matrix, this would be a low—let’s see—low total cortisol and high free. So, if you use the protocol matrix, you would use something such as Acetyl-CH or 5-HTP, and it also says in there L-theanine and melatonin, but this patient is coming in with fatigue. That was one of her major complaints. This is one of the cases that I put together, so this was one of my patients. It was really because of her fatigue that I decided to use Vital Adapt. I think, for me, this would have been a discussion with the patient, what do you feel like throughout the day? With the low total and high free, I think there is a little bit of flexibility. I definitely don’t want to be using something such as licorice. There is a small amount of licorice in Vital Adapt, sorry, but higher doses of licorice. You want to be careful there, but when somebody is having fatigue, I’m going to be reluctant to use something such as theanine or Relora, which has somewhat more of a calming effect. So, in this particular patient, I chose Vital Adapt because of her fatigue, and for her, it worked. For her, it worked. So, I think you can take the protocol matrix as general guidelines and maybe use it as a starting place, but then remember to also talk with the patient and what are her symptoms, and there is a little bit of flexibility in clinical judgment in there too.
