Chris Kresser: Yeah, good question. I mean if the limiting supplementation for detox is the goal, then I would probably, milk thistle is good for phase one and has a role in phase two. And glutathione is more phase two. So If you just wanted to use two supplements and keep it really simple like you said, that could be a good combo.
