Chris Kresser:  Yeah, I think it can have short-term benefits. Generally I prefer dietary approaches that favor spontaneous calorie reduction, which means eating less without trying. We’re going to talk about some of those approaches in the high blood sugar unit coming right up. So stay tuned.
