Dr. Amy Nett: Yeah, so again, I don’t know why they formulate them this way. Remember, B vitamins are mostly water soluble, so, you know, most people are going to essentially excrete, urinate out the B vitamins that their body doesn’t need. So B vitamins do often tend to be safe in higher doses, but yeah, these are really, you know, significant doses. Differences that we’re seeing between the multivitamins. I don’t know that there’s a clear answer to which one’s best. It’s probably why each of us has our preferences, and then you can also customize it even a little bit further by decreasing the dose that you recommend for patients. So there is a lot of variability, and also a lot of flexibility in the way in terms of what you use for a multivitamin.
