Kelli Saginak is a graduate of the ADAPT Health Coach Training Program, an ADAPT-Certified Functional Health Coach, and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. In her coaching practice, Kelli uses a holistic coaching approach to empower women to turn anxiety into confidence and their dreams into reality.
Kelli’s a professor turned coach with expertise in mental and emotional health, generalized anxiety, disordered eating, and the art and science of feeling better and living well. When Kelli’s not teaching, coaching, and buried in the next book, she enjoys hanging out with her family, yoga, gardening (when it’s not winter!), and soaking up life.
