Chris Kresser: Not that I’ve seen. I say show me the research. I’ve never seen any research that supports it. I don’t even really understand how it’s supposed to work from a mechanistic standpoint. I haven’t even bothered to go any deeper than that because it’s just, to me it doesn’t really even, it wasn’t compelling enough for me to even try to debunk.
