Chris Kresser: In general, I like to start with the lowest effective dose, and I found that 50 mg is enough for many people. And so we typically we’ll start there, and then if that’s not effective, ramp up to 75 or straight to 100. And that’s the case for just about everything that I prescribe. Generally less is more, especially if the patient’s taking a number of different things, and I prefer to just be conservative overall.
