Chris Kresser: I haven’t looked into them in detail, but certainly based on what we know about lymphatic system and lymphatic health, I’m open to the possibility that they can be beneficial. Our 5-year-old daughter certainly loves our trampoline outside and seems to benefit from it. But yeah, I think it’s just another way of getting at the how physical activity can impact our health in a positive way.
