That said, I would treat it like an elimination diet and I would say 30 to 60 days no dairy, no chocolate. Stable baseline, reintroduce dairy, start with the highest fat, so start with ghee, cream, kefir, yogurt, cheese, and then last, milk. Also include chocolate in that reintroduction if he wants. So I think, again, the gold standard is almost always going to be elimination diet with careful reintroduction and with antibodies to milk chocolate only. I would treat it, as a careful reintroduction.
