I find one of the most time-consuming processes in a new patient visit is getting all of the relevant information in the history. Will you be sharing the form you have patients fill out before their intake interview?

Chris Kresser:  Yes. I’m not sure where you’re at in the content, Jonathan, but we do things a little bit differently. We have a case review process where the patient fills out all of the information well before I’ve actually seen them, and so when I do the case review, when I step into the room with a patient, I’ve already seen that. That really makes it much more efficient than it would be otherwise. But I believe you’ve already received all of the case review intake paperwork, and if that’s not the case, you should be receiving it soon. That has all of the detailed health intake information questionnaires.
