Invite friends to enroll in the Adapt Practitioner Training Program by sharing your experience via email, social media, blog, or website.

Enroll

When your contact enrolls in the Practitioner Training Program, they will enter your name in the “Referral Name” field on the online checkout form.

Access Your Benefits

Your 12 months of complimentary Alumni Membership access will begin 45 to 60 days after the start of your referral’s course. If you already have an active Alumni membership, we will extend your membership out an additional 12 months. As an Alumni Member, you will have access to updated course curriculum, including information on the most cutting-edge science and protocols shaping our functional approach to medicine. You will also gain access to our exclusive Alumni community, where we discuss the real-life application of our functional medicine education and meet monthly to dive deep into patient case studies.

Who qualifies to refer?

A qualified referrer is someone who:

  • Has never missed a payment or been invited to leave any of our past courses or cohorts
  • Is a current student or graduate of the ADAPT Practitioner Training Program
Are there any exceptions for which referral commissions are not paid?

Referral commissions are not paid for:

  • Employees, vendors, or contractors (current or past) of CK LLC
  • Grant recipients in the Trailblazer program
  • Retroactively for previously enrolled students
  • Students who enroll during the pre-sale discount window
Can I retroactively receive complementary Alumni Membership access on a past student referral?

No, you cannot receive complementary Alumni Membership access retroactively for previously enrolled students.

What does the referred party have to do?

The referred party must enroll in the ADAPT Practitioner Training Program and enter your name in the “Referral Name” field during checkout. 

How do I know I received credit for a referral?

When and how do I receive my Alumni Membership referral bonus access?

The referrer will receive access to the Alumni Membership 45 to 60 days after the start of the course. Complementary access will end 12 calendar months from the date it was issued, unless it is compounded with another referral bonus or manually extended via purchase.

If I refer someone who enrolls in a future cohort, do I still get Alumni Membership access?

Yes. You will receive a referral bonus anytime your referral enrolls in the program, provided they enter your name as the referrer.

Are there any restrictions or guidelines for what I can say in an email or post?

You can use the following guidelines to promote the program in your network:
