Laura Schoenfeld: Any magnesium citrate from a reputable supplement company is basically going to be the same thing. It’s just magnesium and citrate chelated together in a certain supplement in a certain dosage. I believe I use Thorne, but let me just double check. Let me see which product I use. Again, if you’re doing minerals, a lot of times there’s really not a big difference in the quality. I mean, you might want to check if there are things like soy and gluten in the product, but once you have a couple of different supplement companies that you like, a lot of times if it’s Thorne Research versus Pure Encapsulations versus Designs for Health, I don’t really see a problem with using any of those products. Yeah, the one that I use is magnesium citrate from Thorne, and one capsule is 135 milligrams, so typically I’ll do two to three of those for somebody who is wanting to get a little bit of that constipation relief that comes from magnesium citrate.
