  4. She wants to work out, but every time she goes to barre or yoga or any kind of workout except walking or running, she experiences extreme nausea and vomiting. She says she has felt this way her whole life and has always gotten carsick easily. She grew up playing all kinds of intense sports and learned to play through it, but mentally and emotionally can’t do that anymore. She also said her mother and two brothers feel the same way and often experience extreme nausea and vomiting when working out, but they just push through it. She said she experiences this almost every time, but to a worse degree in the morning and if the exercise experience is a new class. You definitely would need blood chemistry in this case, which we’ll be getting to shortly. I’d want to see her blood sugar, her nutrient status, particularly B12, like I said. I’d want to do the Organix Comprehensive and look at other B vitamin status. That’s unusual, for sure. I’m assuming she has had workup for this before, or other people in her family have, because those are not typical symptoms at all, so she definitely needs a comprehensive workup, whether it’s through you or someone else.
