Chris Kresser: Yeah, you can use some of the same probiotics and antimicrobials there. If it’s insufficiency dysbiosis, I would probably only do it for a couple of weeks because the main issue there is probably lack of beneficial microbes rather than excess of pathogenic microbes. If it’s a lot of pathogenic bacteria or flora, I might use it for more like a month, but be conservative with the dosing.
