Chris Kresser: So for CBD there are a lot of different options. Water-soluble CBD is generally better. BioCBD is good. I also like Ojai Energetics Super CBD tincture, which you can buy straight from our website, or you can buy from HoneyColony. And HoneyColony has also just come out with a brand new CBD that has bee pollens, other herbs in it that looks kind of interesting. CBD has a lot of, as I mentioned, a lot of research behind it now, a growing amount of research. And it certainly goes far beyond anxiety and its effects. And definitely it’s anti-inflammatory, what works has impact on neurological disorders and also has an anti-cancer effect. So very helpful medicine. With Addison’s, I really don’t have enough experience with Addison’s patients to be able to comment on that. The one patient that I’ve had that actually did have Addison’s had had it for a long time and had been on steroids and we weren’t able to use glandular adaptogens with them. And I do know that glandulars were used to treat Addison’s in the early 20th century, but I’m not sure how successful that was.

- Is BioCBD what you’d recommend for CBD? Other than anxiety, does it help in general for neural inflammation? Also in regards to Addison’s, you mentioned glandulars, adaptogens, and licorice. Have you used this protocol effectively before?
