Dr. Amy Nett: I haven’t used carbonase in pediatrics and I don’t know if you’re doing this for a sleep issue. But normally for kids I do more with diet and lifestyle and I would actually get a 12-year-old working on meditation. So I’m not sure what the carbonase is for, but I haven’t used it actually in anyone probably under 20. So I don’t have any experience with dosing. I’m sorry about that.

- I’d like to recommend carbonase for a 12-year-old boy who weighs 100 pounds, assuming you know of no reason not to do that.
