By retesting, so if they still have SIBO, then we’re likely to continue treating until they don’t, although in a small minority of cases, it can be very difficult to fully get rid of SIBO, especially if their underlying neurological issues are, for example, cystic fibrosis or Parkinson’s [disease], or something like that.
