Dr. Amy Nett: Generally, as far as I know, yes. I’m not sure if there are concerns about whether you can trust that labeling, but I think most often if something is certified gluten free, it does have to meet certain standards, or they at least have to say on the label whether it was produced in a kitchen that also uses wheat, in which case there might be cross-contamination.
