Chris Kresser: Well, as I mentioned, we’ve only just started doing these calls in the last year, and I stopped doing free initial consults a long time ago. I suppose it depends on where you’re at in your practice and how busy you are and what your resources are. For a free consult, I probably wouldn’t do a follow-up call. That’s going to be another free call there, and I think that’s just probably too much free time given away. If they don’t follow through after the free consult, then they’re probably not the right fit for your practice, but if that person does go on to do a case review, of course, you would do a call after that, or I would recommend that you do.
