Chris Kresser: Yes, definitely, that can be helpful. In some cases, anti-inflammatories like curcumin or higher doses of EPA or DHEA can be helpful. But you have to make sure that the patient isn’t taking any blood thinners post-surgery. Vitamin K2 can also be helpful for bone health, especially if there was surgery was related to any bone, broken bone or disorder, bone disorder. And making sure that they’re getting adequate protein, which most of our patients are if they’re following our recommendations. That’s important for tissue repair. But I think the list you have in addition to maybe K2 and anti-inflammatory support is good.
