Chris Kresser: There are numerous ones that I’ve come across in various papers and I’ve never actually bothered to collect them in one place because they don’t really change the course of the treatment plan. Some people may want to know about that just as a kind of point of interest. But as far as I can see, they don’t really contribute to the treatment plan at all because the question is still what are the actual blood sugar levels and what are we going to do to get them into the normal range?
