Can you explain more about the customized sample meal plans that you provide to the client and where you get these from? They are so tedious to do. We need to update ours, and I’m looking for a reference outside data to consult with.

Laura Schoenfeld:  So, I don’t do the customized sample meal plans. That is something that Kelsey does for her clients, so that would be—honestly, I would just post a question in the Facebook group, tag Kelsey in it, and ask where she gets them from because I know that she has an RD who she works with who creates those sample meal plans for her. She and I both don’t do them because, like you said, they are really tedious, and they are really not something that is our skillset. It would be kind of expensive for the client to pay for us to do them, but finding an RD to consult with to get meal plans created for people—there are a lot of people who will do that kind of work virtually, and I know that Kelsey works with an RD who creates hers for her clients. Just post that on the Facebook group because, obviously, I’m not the person who would have the answer for you because it is Kelsey, but just tag Kelsey, and then ask her if she could share either who her person is, if she is willing to share her employee, or if she has an idea of what to look for or how to hire somebody who can help do that.
